Commercial Training for Office Staff
One of our customer service commitments at Record Direct is to offer market leading FREE training to help enhance knowledge in automatic doors. This is designed for office staff including sales, service, estimating and project managers who may require an introduction to automatic doors in general and Record’s equipment specifically.
We offer two courses, the 1st course focusing on the DFA 127 Swing Door Operator and the 2nd course on the aspects of Sliding and Folding Doors as well as other basic automatic door information. Each course lasts 2 hours and is via Teams - from 10.00 am - 12.00 noon.
