The Record Diamond Partner Program has been designed to recognise and reward our very best independent customers who aspire to the same values, service and quality installs as Record does.

Together, we want to make the Diamond Partner logo a mark of excellence within our industry. By working with our partners we are able to install the very best products on the market throughout the UK.

Who are our partners?

We currently have 15 Diamond Partners throughout the UK who are able to supply and install Record products. 

All engineers have been trained by Record, or their trainer to guarantee our products are being installed correctly and in line with all regulations.

Our partners are also allocated badges for the training they undertake, ensuring you can pick the right partner for your needs.

Why choose a Diamond Partner?

All Diamond Partners must agree to all Record Systems being installed/commissioned by Record Trained Engineers, so you can be assured that products are installed to the highest standard. 

Diamond Partners must also agree to re-train at least 2 engineers with Record Direct every 3 years.  Further to this, every year we will carry out 2 Technical Audits on recent installs for each Diamond Partner, which they must pass.

Through our partnership, they also have exclusive access to products such as THERMCORD3 and the C127 underfloor drive, which are only available to Diamond Partners.
